For over 30 years, Pridham Electronics has been serving the communication needs of Madison, Rockford, and all surrounding areas. Our customer base has grown to nearly 2000 customers, including more than 400 service customers in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

We are a local company. Our technical staff is dedicated to responding to service calls within 24 hours. Weekend and holiday service is available 52 weeks a year. It is the policy of Pridham Electronics to never leave the customer down.

We provide no charge loaner equipment until the customer-owned equipment is repaired. We realize that the Music you play within your business is an extension of the image you want to convey to your customers, and is of great importance. We trust that you will be more than satisfied with the service we provide. However, we guarantee, if you find that our products or service does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days of installation, we will remove our equipment and you will pay nothing.
