1) Check for power on amp & receiver 2) Check volume on amplifier 3) If you have a remote, press "cancel" six times. Press "guide," and "922," then "select" twice. If still no Music, power the unit off with the remote. Remove the smart card on the left hand side of the receiver. Turn the unit on. Insert the smart card. The unit will shut down and turn on by itself. 4) If you don't have a remote for your satellite receiver, unplug your receiver, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and turn it on. 5) If your Music is cutting out, (going off and on), please call 1-800-747-0147 for service.
Problem: Drive Thru Doesn't Work at All Try these steps:
1) Is your equipment plugged in and turned on? 2) Can you see a power light glowing on the equipment? 3) Is the electrical outlet the equipment is plugged into working? 4) Is the large power supply that is plugged into the electrical outlet pushed all the way in? They are very heavy and sometimes work their way out of the outlet just enough so they appear to be plugged in but are not consistently passing the power thru to the unit.
Problem: No Detection or False Detection in all Types of Drive Thru Systems Try these steps:
1) Unplug the vehicle detector (small black, blue or brown box that the magnetic loop wires are terminated to), count to ten and plug it back in again. There is no big black power supply on this one. It's just a three-pronged plug. 2) For all other detection problems, please call 1-800-747-0147 for service.

1) Locate the base station and check to make sure the volume switch is in day (if it's day) or night (if it's night). This controls the volume of the outbound audio. 2) Next, remove the cover of the base station. The right two-thirds of the front just lifts off. Locate the "menu mic sens" thumbwheel to the right of the top row of four red lights. If the thumbwheel is missing, pull one of the other controls and use it. Turn to the right to increase volume.
